Why Rescue Paws?
Most people never see the colonies hidden behind businesses, abandoned buildings, and rural properties.
Without intervention, one unspayed female cat and her offpspring can produce hundreds of kittens over time.
RESCUE PAWS exists to stop that cycle through humane Trap-Neuter-Return while helping friendly cats find homes whenever possible.
We are a dedicated group of animal advocates on a mission to transform the lives of abandoned cats in the greater Quincy, Illinois area. While the scale of the stray population is immense, we believe that staying silent is not an option. We are building a scalable, sustainable model to ensure every cat is seen, fed, and sterilized.
